At Art of Light, we take great pride in creating unique, custom laser-cut products designed with care and precision. To maintain the integrity of our personalized items, please note the following policy regarding refunds and exchanges:
Customized Items
Due to the personalized nature of our designs, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on customized items.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@artoflight.net. Include the following information to help us resolve your issue quickly:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damage or defect
Once we receive and review your claim, we will work with you to offer a replacement, repair, or an appropriate solution.
Non-Customized Items
For non-customized items, refund and exchange requests may be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective.
